Staff including manager Justin, maintenance team members Ismail and Bourbon Berry, and leasing staff Heidi now respond quickly to work orders and resident needs. The location on the River Walk dominates praise-walkability to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, plus EV chargers and a dog park, appeal strongly to urban-minded residents. Security gaps remain the primary worry. Vehicle break-ins in the public garage happen regularly, unauthorized entry through broken doors persists, and package theft continues despite the location's otherwise strong appeal. While management has improved responsiveness overall, office hours remain weekday-only and security infrastructure lags behind residents' expectations for a premium downtown property.
