Since new management took over a few months ago, Agave has turned around considerably. Residents consistently praise the modern finishes, excellent River Walk location, and the new team-particularly manager Justin and maintenance workers Ismael and Bourbon Berry-for solving problems quickly and treating residents with genuine care. However, a vocal minority raises serious concerns about parking garage security: vehicle break-ins happen regularly, security cameras are sparse, the policy allowing public parking has made the lot vulnerable to theft, and management's handling of incidents feels dismissive. Add in inconsistent office staff attitudes, door-access app confusion, and a referral payment dispute that lingered unresolved, and the property presents a tale of two experiences: excellent management paired with security and operational gaps.
