Stratton Park Apartments
Recent management changes have created a stark divide. Long-term residents and newcomers under manager Ashley praise swift repairs, attentive follow-up, and a genuinely quiet neighborhood. Earlier tenants report months of unaddressed mold, roach infestations, false repair promises, and staff turnover so rapid (four managers in one year, five maintenance workers) that accountability vanishes. The property's facilities and grounds draw consistent compliments, but the gap between what management promises at move-in and what actually gets done remains a dealbreaker for many. Ashley's personal presence and willingness to visit units stand out, as does maintenance worker Angel's reliability. However, systemic issues persist: phones go unanswered, work orders languish, pest control appointments are scheduled then missed, and move-in inspections often reveal moldy dishwashers and roach problems despite promises of cleaning. One tenant waited weeks for promised blind replacement; another's AC was never fixed despite a formal work order.
