What Residents Say

Reviewers report serious maintenance failures, especially pest infestations and broken HVAC, alongside slow or no repairs despite repeated requests. While some praise the location and note one reliable staff member (Mrs. Josline), the majority cite indifferent management, high prices for non-functioning units, and broader safety concerns including crime activity on the grounds.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
